How are the contributions transferred to our account?

The money goes from the credit card processor directly into your bank account – usually within 24-48 hours. Blue Sky Collaborative is never in possession of your money or your donors' money.

Blue Sky Collaborative customer support will get back to you within in a few hours during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM EST, 15:00 - 22:00 GMT). Emails or phone calls received after hours will be responded to the next business day. Submit a support request or call 800-330-4109.
